The University of Twente (UTW), based in the Netherlands, leads Work Package 2 (WP2) of the LATE-AYA project, which focuses on co-creating the LATE-AYA framework.

UTW is responsible for coordinating and harmonising stakeholder contributions to define a coherent set of functional and non-functional requirements for the LATE-AYA digital service.

WP2 ensures that requirements emerging from clinical, technical, and end-user perspectives are systematically integrated and aligned across system components, supporting consistency, feasibility, and user-centred design. UTW brings strong expertise in human factors, digital health, and system evaluation, contributing to the methodological rigour of the co-creation process and to the translation of stakeholder input into actionable system specifications.

Our UTW team comprises Assoc. Prof. Simone Borsci, Assist. Prof. Russell Chan and Dr. Nese Baz Aktas.
